Cancellation Policy

**Booking & Cancellation Policy** We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our therapists and other guests, please review our policy before booking. • **24-Hour Notice:** Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee. • **Late Cancellation / Rescheduling:** Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment, but before the day of your appointment, will be charged **50% of the scheduled service price**. • **Same-Day Cancellation / Rescheduling:** Cancellations or rescheduling requested on the day of your appointment will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**. • **No-Show:** Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**. • **Late Arrivals:** Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late may shorten your service, and the full service price will still apply. • **New Clients:** Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete the required intake form. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Booking & Cancellation Policy and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the payment method provided, where permitted.
