Hot Stone Massage uses six smooth, heated basalt stones to help relax muscles and release deep tension. The gentle warmth of the stones allows the therapist to work more deeply while maintaining a soothing and comfortable experience. This treatment helps improve circulation, ease muscle stiffness, and promote full-body relaxation. Ideal for stress relief and muscle tension, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. **Add-ons cannot be booked as standalone services and must be scheduled with a regular massage service.**

Cancellation Policy

**Booking & Cancellation Policy** We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our therapists and other guests, please review our policy before booking. • **24-Hour Notice:** Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee. • **Late Cancellation / Rescheduling:** Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment, but before the day of your appointment, will be charged **50% of the scheduled service price**. • **Same-Day Cancellation / Rescheduling:** Cancellations or rescheduling requested on the day of your appointment will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**. • **No-Show:** Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**. • **Late Arrivals:** Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late may shorten your service, and the full service price will still apply. • **New Clients:** Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete the required intake form. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Booking & Cancellation Policy and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the payment method provided, where permitted.
